Consultations

If a provider determines you are not a candidate for treatment, any medication charges are refunded in full. Consultation fees for completed visits are non-refundable.

Medications

For patient safety and in accordance with pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned or resold. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Subscription plans may be cancelled anytime before the next billing date from your account or by contacting support. No charges apply after cancellation.
