These Terms of Service govern your use of the VEDA Vitality website and telehealth platform. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Nature of our services

VEDA Vitality is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, state-licensed healthcare providers. VEDA Vitality does not practice medicine. All clinical decisions, including whether a prescription is appropriate, are made solely by the treating provider.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be physically located in a state where our providers are licensed at the time of your consultation.
• You must provide accurate, complete medical history and identity information.

Prescriptions

All prescription medications require a consultation and are only dispensed if the provider determines they are medically appropriate. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Medications are dispensed by licensed, U.S.-based partner pharmacies.

Not for emergencies

Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Payments and subscriptions

Fees are disclosed before purchase. Recurring plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. See our Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEDA Vitality is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
